Dr Zafer KAZAK holds a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul University and a Master's degree in Laser Dentistry from RWTH Aachen University in Germany, a prominent institution for science and research in Europe. As a partner of Turkey and external staff member of the Laser Academy at Aachen University (www.aalz.de), he played a key role in organising Laser Master events between 2008 and 2014 and served as an instructor during these important events.
In 2004, he obtained his "Advanced Implantology Training from Prof. Dr Fuad Coury" certificate, as well as the pivotal "Dental Implant Trainer Training" from Professor Manfred Lang, officially becoming a trainer at the German Implant Academy "IFZI" (www.ifzi.de).
Since 2011, he has been actively involved as a teacher in IFZI trainings held in both Istanbul and Nuremberg, in addition to serving as a senior teacher at Medicadent Dental Clinic, an advanced training centre for laser application in dentistry.
In 2012, he founded the "Global Dental Association" (www.global.org.tr) and currently serves as its founding president, continuing his dedicated efforts in advancing dental education and practice.
Expert in laser dentistry
Renowned as an expert in laser dentistry, Dr Kazak has organised various certification programmes as a member of the German Society of Oral Implantology (www.dgi-international.de). Additionally, he has held over 10 conferences and symposiums, and over 100 workshops and seminars.
He also serves as the founding president of the Optimum Dent Academy (www.dent.academy), where he is renowned for his expertise in dental training. His knowledge is indispensable for the effective use of lasers across all branches of dentistry.
Dr Kazak remains dedicated to offering live, hands-on training in implantology, with a special focus on immediate implants and laser-assisted implants.
His main areas of expertise include holistic dentistry, laser dentistry, dental implants, snoring treatment, cosmetic dentistry, dental aesthetics and prosthodontics.
